ASUS ROG Strix GD30 problems

Hello I am new to the forum and pc gaming.

Basically I bought a GD30 it arrived and would not turn on. I sent it back and received a replacement that would also not turn on. This was a massive purchase for me and I feel sick about it.

Is there a hidden PSU switch? Has anybody got any advice before I send this back?

I have a GD2oCI the power button is on the front , long black bar , with a power symbol , There are No Other Power Buttons , Did You Not Receive a Setup guide or Manual its in there how to power it up , On my GD30 the power cable comes loose sometimes even though it feels snug
