Asus ROG product event with free Doom Eternal code.

Hello! Has anyone had problems with recieving their game code?
It's said on the site that each aplication takes 21 days to be processed, and it's been almost 30 days, and still havent recieved the code.
I filled all the information in the aplication form, so everything should be OK.

p.s. this is the event i'm talking about - https://www.eventasus.com/

Hello! I sent an email This wednsday, also last wednsday, sent messages to ROG Facebook Page linked in the event Page and also ti the instagram Page linked to the event. Diddnt recieve an answer on either place. Also, the messages to the social sites this week and last week.
