Asus ROG Crosshair VII (Wi-Fi) RGB Sync with Wraith Prism

Hello

I can't sync my ROG Crosshair VII to my Wraith Prism.

Asus Aura (https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/ROG-CROSSHAIR-VII-HERO-WI-FI/HelpDesk_Download/)

Does not work, neither does the Coolermaster utility. ( I understand this should NOT work anyway)

This utility will *not* work on boxed Wraith Max coolers purchased at retail, which require motherboard software support for RGB control.

Also... I can't find the (old) Asus VIP forum, it redirects me here to the ROG Forum.

... So how can I get Asus Aura to sync with the Wraith Prism cooler? The 4-pin fan connects with aura, but the outer ring and AMD logo don't respond.

I have the same problem, and the coolermaster software now doesn´t work the fan is only controled by aurasync, but the ring and logo , dont do the same with coolermaster software!
