I bought a ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition 24GB GDDR6X GPU from Asus. I was going to use it in my current build Asus ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO MB, I9 13900k CPU . But then I decided to do a new build! So I bought the Asus ROG GR701 case, ROG MAXIMUS Z790 FORMULA, I9 14900k CPU, ASUS ROG Thor 1600W Titanium PSU. My ROG GPU is still in the return window so I wanted to exchange it for the ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 24GB GDDR6X White OC Edition, because my new MB is white. So I called for an exchange or return and reorder. I told them it is still sealed in the shipping box they used to send it. Asus rep told me no exchanges and if I return it , I will get a 15% restocking fee ($300.00) for non defective items to return it! I argued that and was told I may be charged the fee. But I'm not willing to take that chance. I hope someone from Asus see's this and helps me. But you all should know the return policy they have! ASUS please help me with this!
