im am writing to inquire about the status of my cashback for the TUF-RTX4080 promotion, in wchich i participated. My application for the €120 cashback was accepted on Dec 18,2023. However, i have not yet received the cashback.

Could you please provide an update on when i can expect to receive the payment?
