AMD AGESA V2 1.1.0.0 Patch C Bios slow boost clock

I am using a Strix B550-A gaming board with a 5900x with a patch C bios update. My boost clock during cinebench R20 for multicore is maxout at 4.1Ghz boost clock.
Anyone else seeing the same issue or is it just me?
