I love my AROG. It is the best purchase I have ever made. I use it as both a Windows machine and my gaming platform. I also purchased the XG Mobile.
REQUEST 1: I recently paid a company to upgrade my AROG from 16 GB to 32 GB of RAM. It was money well spent. Can you update BIOS so that it knows that there are 32 GB of RAM. I cant do Firmware updates, doing so will break my firmware and cause it only see 16GB. Can you also update Armory crate so that it lets you assign? At least 12 GB of RAM?
In your next iteration of the Ally, please up the RAM on the higher end units. If i could buy my unit with 32GB from the factory i would.
