Zephyrus G14 - No signal to External Monitor

Hi all, first post, but really needing help, not sure what to do, I have an Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop. It has been running smooth, and has been connected to an external dell monitor, for about a year. All of a sudden a week ago, the monitor is not able to get a signal from the laptop. switched the cable, no success, used another laptop with the same hdmi cable, it works, so its not the cable. Tried to update windows, updated the nvidia driver, removed the AMD software, all with no result, I am at a loss, anyone with same and solutions?

If you have replaced the cable and confirmed that there is no problem, then I would recommend that you send it in for repair to confirm whether the HDMI of the laptop is faulty.
