Zenbook flip S 13 terrible battery life issues?

Hi all, I am wondering if you have had issues with the Zenbook Flip S 13 in terms of its battery life (my model is UX371EA). So far with a fresh Windows 11 install (straight from factory) and nothing except Chrome running, I can only get 2-3 hours of life. I am using balanced mode with mostly dark/black background windows where OLED is supposed to be power efficient (using Windows native brightness at 60% with flicker-free dimming set at 20-30% brightness). The MyASUS battery checkup says there are no battery issues detected, so I am at a loss for what to do...

For a laptop that touts up to 15 hours of battery life, this is completely unacceptable, and I feel a bit scammed if there is not an immediate solution. Thanks for any ideas you might have.

If you are concerned about battery usage, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for*further confirmation.

I have the same model (UX371EA)  and also having the issue with battery. It shows the battery as fully charged but as soon as i unplug the power supply the laptop turns off. As they suggested to take the laptop to service center, the nearest sevice center is more than 600 mile away. I also feel scammed by Asus. Very disappointed.
