Z690 Prime A Freeze

Hi!
In April I upgraded my motherboard, cpu, ram and psu. Specs are:

ASUS Z690-A PRIME
Intel i9-12900K
Kingston DDR5 KF556C40BB-16 x2
NZXT C850 850W
Samsung 980 Pro
Seagate IronWolf 2TB x2 (raid)
Windows 11 Pro

My whole PC freezes without response. I can only shut it down or reset.

I've tried everything except swapping CPU/MB since I have only one. I tried different ram, ssd, psu, disconnected everything which is not needed. I updated BIOS, Windows, tried to disable c-states and rc6 render standby, enabled/disabled xmp. No overclocking.

Does it also freeze on bios 1601 with bios all default settings(no OC)?
Is there any error message when it freezes?
Does it occur when running the specific apps or also occur in idle without any apps running in background?
How often does it occur?

Yes, it freezes on newest bios with default settings and also with cstates off / rc6render stanby off / x.m.p on - off. In terms of timing, freezes are completly random - I may have none for a week and then 2/3 in a row. This problem doesn't seem to be Windows related - I had one freeze in bios.

Freezes occur when idle (without any apps) / apps running in backgroung / simple tasks / demanding tasks.

During freeze I have no messages or bsods. After restart I get WHEA-Logger ID 1 Error, like this one:

Have you also tried reinstalling windows?
If it also occurs in bios, please test with minimal components in bios.
a. Keep the CPU, CPU radiator fan and a single DRAM installed on the motherboard
b. Remove all the USB devices and external cards from the motherboard, including the mouse, keyboard, USB flash disk, SSD, external PCI-E Cards, etc.
c. Remove all the cables connected to the Motherboard ,including LAN cables, audio cables. Only leave one monitor connected to verify the display.

I've reinstalled Windows several times, tried different ssds, this doesn't help at all.

I don't understand your advice - how I'm going to know there's a freeze if mouse & keyboard is disconnected? In general I tried to run my PC with minimum components and freezes were still here.

Sorry it was not clear. I meant let the pc enter bios and test it with minimum components in bios utility since you mentioned it would freeze when idle.
If you have tried it and cross check all other components, please send your motherboard to our RMA for further examination.
Please describe your issue in detail while send RMA.

The rest of my components are 100% functional, so I mean the problem with freezing, I have to turn it off and turn it on, the restart itself does not help, the error that, after turning on the WHEA LOGER again, I will throw the whole event lower, hang on the bios on the latest 1601, it happens It happened several times a week, usually during idle time, but yesterday it happened while watching youtube, the keyboard and mouse backlighting went out and it only helps to turn off the pc. Do you have freezing issue since first build or after any settings or components changed?
In addidtion to no OC, please also make sure all bios settings are default.
Have you tried different RAM, SSD, PSU and reinstall OS?
