Z690 Hero code 32 after bios update

PC booted fine before bios update.

I updated to 2103 then got code 32 then I used flashback to go to 2004 still code 32 no post

I have tried with video card installed tried with video card out and hdim in on mobo still no post and code 32

I tried with a single ram stick in every slot no post.

cpu 12900k
ram tridentZ5 fs-6000U3636E16GX2-TZ5S 0R48AXS810B 16Gx2
NVME samsung

Any idea what I can try next?

Please also test with minimal components to see if it can enter bios.
