STARRAIN@ROG - It sounds like there are users here and in the following thread indicating that running driver version 3.0.19.0 has resolved the issue for them. I have also since uninstalled the existing 3.1.6.0 driver and installed version V3.0.19.0 and not encountered this issue yet. Is there any chance ASUS tech team can look into this & connect with Marvell about a possible driver/compatibility issue?

The only way so far to eliminate of connection loss I know is to open LAN adapter properties in device manager and disable "Recv Segment Coalescing (IPv4) and (IPv6 if needed)".

I had the same issue on Gigabyte board with 10Gbit Marvell. Try to open it's (LAN adapter) properties in device manager and disable "Recv Segment Coalescing (IPv4) and (IPv6 if needed)". This workaround helped me to stop LAN connection loss while downloading large amount of data.
