Hi, i have z690 apex and i updated intel management engine to the motherboard A bios with my old 12gen cpu. Then i bought 13gen cpu and sold my old cpu. I didnt realise back then that i have to update intel management engine to both bioses separtely and now i cant use B bios. Tried to post but it is stuck with post code 55 ”memory not detected” or something like that. Switch to A bios and it work fine.*
Is there any other way to update intel management engine to the B bios? Is it safe to launch to windows with A bios then switch to B bios while power on and update intel me? Dont want to screw A bios now that B bios is not working.*
