Z 690 Hero - Ploymo lighting and usb error issue

hi there, my board got ploymo lighting issue since months lately.
when rog letter apear if i chose red the G was like gone, another color also have an issue also
when hero logo apear at the bottom right corner the light like gone.
also usb sometimes show an error - address failed or invalid device descriptor
please need help and advice

Thank you for sharing the details and the video.
May I ask if you have defulted the BIOS setting and the issue still exists? Have you adjusted the RGB via Armoury Crate?
Could you help to confirm the question below as well?
- the current BIOS version and configuration you are using
- the serial numbers of your motherboard and GPU via pm
- the brand and model name of the CPU, DRAM, GPU, and PSU currently installed
- the OS version and OS build
- the Armoury Crate version

-bios 2103 - xmp 1 on. i load default also issue persist
-s/n send via pm
-cpu i7 12700kf, dram g.skill 6000mhz. gpu msi suprim rtx 3080 ti, psu seasonic px1000
-os windows 11, os build 22621.963

May I ask when you first noticed the RGB issue?
Did it happen just after you purchased it, or did it happen after some changes? (For example, updating Armory Crate)
Please also provide screenshots of the Armory Crate Update Center.

In addition, regarding the USB problem, have you cross-test with other USBs?
May I ask which motherboard port you attached the USB to when the issue occurred?

i just realize the ploymo lighting issue since nov 2022
at july 2022 i install lia li strimmer the light still ok, dont have problem

i already did, still error come pop out, but not ever time. sometimes when first on or restart it come, i fix it with disable it and reenable, but sometimes it apear again
May I ask which motherboard port you attached the USB to when the issue occurred?
i attached all back usb except bios port and thunderbolt port
the error always say port_#0002. Hub_#0009. sometimes port_#0002. Hub_#0010

According to your description, did the RGB problem occur after you replaced the Lian Li Strimer?
Have you checked whether the cable is completely connected or has been reconnected / cross-tested with other cables?

In addition, regarding the USB problem, it is recommended that you reinstall USB controllers and install the latest chipset drivers for the MAXIMUS Z690 HERO to see if the issue can be fixed.

after i install lian li strimer the rgb still ok without problem, because i take pict after install strimer everything was still ok. idk since when, but i realize the ploymo light was trouble at nov 2022

at usb case i already install lastest chipset driver, mr mokichu was helping me for resolve usb issue, but the error sometimes still pop out

Also, I would like to know if you have tried connecting the USB via a USB hub or connecting with the front panel.

after update firmware and bios to the newest last week
now it also throw one another error
intel pci express root port #5- 7ABC

also i have one another issue still not fix yet about ryujin ii360 sometimes fail to detected at cold boot

i also try unplug all my usb device, beside mouse and k/b
and i realize the port keep throwing an error port 02 hub 09 not there
and i try plug one by one usb device
and the result is port 002 hub 009 was appear when i plug my monitor asus xg279q usb
if i unplug my monitor usb port 002 hub 009 was none at device manager
now the conclusion is idk that monitor usb cable was trouble or maybe i can update monitor fw?

update: i just try update monitor driver. hope this can eliminate usb error issue
