As I replied in the PM, our relevant department is working to duplicate and fix the issue you presented, and I will respond as soon as we have a resolution.
Also, I would like to know if you have tried connecting the USB via a USB hub or connecting with the front panel.
Have you tested the same USB with another PC to see if it shows the same message?
