X670E gene. Power Button nothing happens

Hello.

Last night i shut Down my computer and today nothings happens when i Press the power button. I also tried the One on motherboard.

There is light under the Q-code display.
I jumped the psu and its turning on.

Will the motherboard turn on without cpu? (Fans spin and light)
If yes, then i guess my motherboard is dead?

Any suggestions?

In general, it cannot boot without a CPU.

Do you have any Q-LED indicators that are lit?
If so, please refer to [Motherboard] ASUS motherboard troubleshooting via Q-LED indicators and follow the steps to troubleshoot.

including trying to clear the CMOS and testing with minimal components, isolating the possible cause.
