Gave the info over a week ago and nothing? Not that it is a surprise as it has already been over a year and it is still broken from point I got it.
Laptop is broken, was when i got it, now the connector on for the keyboard is not working due to warranty support breaking it when trying to fix it.
Is asus a legal business or just a unlawful company that cheats and scams its customers?
No accountability or responsibility just scamming so far. I will post if anything is ever done. Until then I advise all to never send a computer into their support as they will just break it worse then it already was.
