Could you elaborate more on the issue? Please determine the type of noise(grinding noise, clicking noise, beeping) and check which side the noise is emitted. Please disconnect any external peripherals connected to the computer and check (flash drives, printers, external hard drives).
I would recommend you to run the diagnostics on the computer to check the hardware functionality of the computer.
To run the ‘Dell Diagnostics’
Power off the computer
Restart the computer, press F12 on the Dell logo
Select ‘Diagnostics’ from the boot menu
