there may be an issue on the fan in Myasus

When I do the fan test in the customer support section and in the customized diagnosis section, it says there may be an issue on the fan, but in the slow system section, it says the fan has no problem, what should I do?

Same here.

G513QY with latest bios (315), latest control driver, and latest myAsus Suddenly have this error. When in the myAsus 3.0.28.x which I tested around 20 hours before, there was no error.

Is this software bug ?

I tried to adjust manually via armory crate and the fan running fine.

Try to reinstall myasus and driver, the error is still there.

At least a dozen other people I know , me including have the same happened after an update to the MyASUS app yesterday.

*conspiracy theory : is ASUS knowing doing it on purpose to get all the AE's back on hand to fix some fu©k up they did internally while manufacturing...

Hi all,
Do you face any high temperature, fan noise or performance issues?
If you only do fan diagnosis in MyASUS, do you get the fan error?
If you have reinstall ASUS System Control Interface V3.0.13.10 from our support site and MyASUS from Microsoft store but still get fan error in MyASUS, may I have the following information?
- the model name and the bios version
- MyASUS version that get fan error
- OS version and OS build

There is no over heat problem and fans are ok. Fans can run on low rpm and high, everything seems ok.
ASUS System Control Interface V3.0.13.10 installed and MyAsus
Model: Rog Strix G731GV.309
OS: Windows 10 Pro , 21H1 , build 19043.1288
There was no problem on previous MyAsus version, the problem came after update to latest version.
