My laptop stopped working around 2 to 3 months ago, so I tried to get it repaired at my local repair store. After 1 week they told me the motherboard was dead and I had to replace it(cost me 100$). So I contacted Asus so they could replace it. 3 days later, when my laptop arrived at Asus, they told me an it would take around 6 business days. Now, over 1 month that my laptop been to Asus went to check my RMA status and saying there still working on it. I wouldn't payed 1000$ for a motherboard so it could take me more than months to repair it (I GOT SCHOOL). So I contacted them for support and after 40 minutes they cancelled the chat.
IS THIS NORMAL???????
