just updated the vBIOS for quiet mode too, with everything installed, including Speccy and iCUE. Everything just ran through fine even though I had both Speccy and iCUE running in the background. Really not sure wth it was being caused by previously, but the clean installation definitely did the trick. If you should see the same happening on your system, I would recommend to do a clean install asap instead of loosing time with troubleshooting.
