I purchased a ASUS Rog Strix Scar II on 17th Nov' 2019 with global warrenty of 2 years. Everything was running smooth except the power adapter overheating. I informed the shop from which I bought the laptop. After 13 days of purchasing suddenly the display turned black but the laptop was running. I connected HDMI to TV and backed up all my data & sent the laptop for servicing to ASUS Bangladesh service center. I had to make several calls & wait 15 days to know about any update of my laptop. Then they said display, motherboard both are fried. I was shocked. They said 2 weeks to get the parts replaced. Today is 1 month of sending the laptop for servicing. Still they are saying its uncertain because the motherboard is not available & they have to import it. I'm frustrated with the service. Who will buy a laptop having for 13 days and have to wait for God knows when it will be returned.
