Sent Laptop In For Repair

Hey there,

So I sent in my ROG laptop in for an RMA for the accidental damage I caused to it from a drop. The actual date it was received was the 16th of December 2017. I got a message from one of the technicians I believe, saying the price was $410 for the repairs. I paid the payment in full through the Asus website and haven't heard back for a month now. I am not sure what to do at this point.
