ROG STRIX x570 e Gaming WiFi ii - Cannot access Bios

Hi,

I am in process of a new build. But need some help.

Boot sequence POSTs to ROG Logo Screen then stalls.

DEL/F2 does not access BIOS.

CTRL-ALT-DEL works.

BOOT Q-LED remains On (Yellow)

I have disconnected all storage components and case fans, followed all instructions in the manual including resetting CMOS but still cannot get into BIOS. All USB ports work.

Q-Code - 00

Q-LEDs
CPU - OK
DRAM - OK
VGA - OK
BOOT - YELLOW

BIOS 0309 flashed using flashback port method

All components are compatible:

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
DRAM Netac DDR4 2 x 16GB
M.2 SSD NVMe1TB WD BLUE SN550 unformated
6TB Seagate HDD unformated
Crucial MX500 2 TB SATA formatted cloned Windows 10
GeForce Nvidia 9800GTX+ OC (being used to allow VGA output)
Corsair CX750 750W RGB PSU
Wired ASUS Keyboard & Mouse


Please advise.

May I double confirm you see the bios version is 0309 in bios utility with CTRL-ALT-DEL?

I've not been able to get into the bios utility but I have flashbacked 0309. So I cannot absolutely confirm it but I'm confident flash back worked. It took about 5-10 minutes to complete the process.

It could be the DRAM. It's the right specification but not in QVL. I'll try ones from the list. I've confirmed my M.2 SSD, sata SSD & HDD are all in the QVL list.

Thanks for your help. If I have trouble when the new DRAM is installed I'll speak with the seller.
