ROG Strix Go 2.4 random disconnect and reconnect in 3 sec

Hi there, you have no clue when they do disconnect, but today they did more then 5 sec till they reconnected, i will never buy ASUS headsets again, very disappointed ! Stay away from this headset!
I did talk with 4 youtubers(made reviews on them) and 2 friends, they all got this issues . Shame Asus, stop making headset, let other company to make them, Like Logitech or Corsair!
Today they disconnect 3 times, i did yes install the last firmware, did try different port, front panel with usb3.0,3.1, and usb-C, it interesting that nobody from stuff is trying to help me or write something here, doesn't matter what you will say, just do IT, i did buy your headset for 175EURO, and i cant use them, it is very annoying, to play a game and get disconnect in the middle of a fight and people on discord is telling you, what is this buzzing noise man, when they disconnect they make a noise so load 😞 PLEASE realese a new firmware!

Is this ever going to be fixed? It is really frustrating being in a meeting and having the mic cut out. The only way to get it working is to switch it off and on again. You end up missing parts of the meeting.

And this Thomas said that, will be a new FW in the end of june, now is the end of july. The issues are random, on pc, phone, laptop, they make the same disconnection, beep sound in the background, sometimes you need to restart them, the microfone makes your voice unclear, they are verry annoying sir, and i hope you guys will fix them, i got the last hope. Please try, thank you!

We have confirmed that there will be a new firmware released soon to decrease the possibility of disconnecting.
But same as any other wireless device, disconnection due to interference in the environment is inevitable.

Hi there,
Any news on that update? Still getting constant disconnects, mic still not reconnecting properly afterwards. At least patch out the microphone reconnecting problem so we dont have to turn it on and off again constantly, or check if its a problem with the AI noise cancelling software (had all day today with that feature turned off in armoury and didnt get a single disc.).

I got SteelSeries Arctis 9 Wireless and HyperX Cloud Flight, i never ever had 1disconnection, i got 2 friends that have Logitech G533 Wireless, Logitech G733 and Corsair HS75, they never had this kind of issues, i am an IT tehnician, i see and test, repair everyday for the 17 years now, i talk to people everyday, they ask me sometimes, what headset i recomand, i always say, STAY WAY FROM ASUS! I am very sure you will never repair this headset, i waste 180 euro, for nothing! Thank you, for your comments every 3 months, there is 7 month with NO firmware, and now, you admit the headset have issues, but you still sell them!
