Rog Strix G15, GTX 1650 Almost same FPS from Ultra Settings to Very Low Settings BL3

Hey i have a Rog Strix G15, GTX 1650 and Ryzen 7 4800H

I have a problem with the Game Borderlands 3, i have about 40 FPS on Ultra Settings and 50 FPS on Very Low Settings so i think there is a problem, that my GPU cant provide the potential it can display.

I made all Windows and NVIDA Driver Updates already.

So i cant understand why i do have almost the same FPS on other game settings, can you recommend me somthing or explain why this happens and what i can change?

How about other games?
May I have the model name such as G513QE, the bios version, the graphics driver version?
May I know which hyperfan mode(windows/silent/performance/turbo) did you select in Armoury Crate? Did you play the game with AC adapter plugged in?
Was the internet weak or high temperature when got 40 FPS on Ultra Settings?
How did you check the FPS? Does BL3 show FPS information itself?
Have you set the game to be run by Nvidia graphics card in the Nvidia control panel?
