ROG STRIX G15 G513QY throttling in turbo mode

Hello everyone, the laptop has a periodic frequencies drops (throttling) the GPU drops to 300 MHz and the processor to 400 MHz in TURBO mode with the rear part raised for better access to air, the air holes are not closed.
Bios of the latest version 316, VBIOS too, all drivers of the latest version are downloaded from the ASUS website

.plug in ASUS 200W adapter
.Download HWinfo and install app. Link: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/
.Launch HW info to open sensors and press start to log(as Pic)
.When symptoms occur, end to log

I got exactly the same issues on the G513 QY
I extracted the log files for your reference.

This issue happened when I use TURBO mode, if it is in SILENT mode it's completely fine.

Same problem here , i saw few more topics about this subject and still asus give no answers , i will give it to warranty and get my money back because this is thermal throatle , it gets hot from anything , idle 70 C.

Same problem here with my laptop ASUS ROG Zephyrus s17 gx703HS,
i am exhausted with this laptop it can't have so many problems in less then one year
