Rog strix g15 g513qy random reboot problem

it's my strig g15 g513qy problem kernel power 41 task63 random reboot
my bios v.311 and windows update lastest
how I fix it's problem ?

After installing the Bios 316 update, my laptop has had a random restart only once so far
but another problem is that the GPU RX6800M disappears during normal work, whether the charger is connected or not, and the GPU RX6800M does not appear again Only after restarting my laptop, I have reinstalled the GPU RX6800M driver again but this problem has not been resolved.
Please help to solve this problem

try to DDU in safe mode then restart TWICE, then install the latest 21.12.1 amd driver . , there is also a custome driver made by person named nimez i'll give u the link if the mentioned fix don't work .
i have updated to bios 316 and did not get any issue regarding anything including yours .

I have the latest GPU update from ASUS, Do I need to install the latest update from AMD?

Hello AYM576,
Did you manage to install the VBIOS in the end?
You might need to try all 3 steps
1. update AMD driver v27.20.22001.19001_21.20.01.19_WHQL_371119C (I would suggest you to install the one on ASUS website)
2. update VBIOS 86018
3. update BIOS 316

For the first step: my AMD drive V30.0.13002.5005 (AMD_Graphic_DriverOnly_ROG_AMD_J_V30.0.13002.5005_24403) From MyASUS
For the second step: I can't install update VBIOS 86018, I try to install it many times but when I press double click no anything happened
For the third step: OK, my BIOS is 316

Not just you. Same issue here. Windows 11 issue, perhaps?

May I know more about the reboot? does it still happen?
How did the reboot happen, still after you turn off certain game?

So far there has been no random reboot, it's great.
but my problem with GPU. it's disappeared and must restart the laptop to appear again.

Sry to get into the reply thread but I did all these except due to the date there are new drviers available
1. updatedAMD driver Version V27.20.22001.24003.
2. updated VBIOS 86018
3. update BIOS 318 ( I think this update wrecked up my computer) Never had any crashes before AT ALL.

Any insights? thank you in advance.

yes after uninstaling your GPU drivers usinng DDU software (in safe mode) , install the latest 12.12.1 amd driver form amd site ( which i recommend downloading it in advance) .

also make sure to do what blake said first before you try my solution, since he works for asus .
