Hello,

Please note best performance on Zen is found around 3600 to 3733 as memory performance is optimal when ran in a 1:1 ratio with the Infinity Fabric (FCLK). Stability above 1800 FCLK can often require manual tuning and a strong CPU sample.

If purchasing the kit in the OP, best to tune manually and not use XMP/DOCP. If not wanting to tune manually, for optimal chance of best results purchase a QVL validated 3600-3733 memory kit.

You are saying that it is unreasonable for me to buy 4000 mhz and above Ram, if I get the best performance of 3600 and 3733 mhz rams, would it be better if I do it up to 4000 mhz with overclocking? This Ram is on the compatibility list. Can I overclock my gskill trident z rgb neo up to 4000 mhz?
