ROG key button not working on GL503GE

Hi,

The ROG key button on my GL503GE is not working out of sudden along with the volume and mute mic button.

I attached the image which buttons are not working


I have tried to uninstall and re-install the ROG Gaming Centre (v 2.6.1), the ROG Gaming centre application can be run by clicking the icon, but the ROG key button cannot work.

Please advise if there's a solution for this.

Hi there,
This is actually quite an old model.
We have all the drivers on our support website.
If it happen after you reset the laptop, please kindly check of you have install the ATK package and reboot the device to see if it helps.
What about other function keys?

hi. my GL504GM keys 1 Q A Z not working. sometimes it work only if i hold down the shift or other keys, Pls help TQ
