ROG GLADIUS 2 CORE | My computer won't boot when gladius is connected to my computer

Z-eus

When my Rog gladius 2 core device is connected to my computer, my computer stays on the motherboard screen and cuts off the power from all USBs. i.e. it doesn't boot. When I remove the mouse, my computer starts without any problems. It hasn't even been a week since I bought the mouse and this is really annoying. I downloaded the latest driver from armory crate... I would really appreciate if you could help.

Hi Z-eus,
Do you mean you have tried other USB ports on your pc? If you connect the Rog gladius 2 core only, does the pc boot?
If you connect the Rog gladius 2 core after boot into windows, is it working fine?
Have you connected it to other pc, but the pc also stays on the motherboard screen and doesn't boot?
Thank you.

First of all Hi Starrain,
Thanks for replying. I will try to answer your questions one by one.

Question 1: When I stay on the motherboard screen, my keyboard etc. The light is off so I guess it cuts off the power from other USB Slots.
Question 2: I tried one by one but the result is the same
Question 3: Yes, it works fine when I connect it after boot.
Question 4 : No, I haven't tried it on another computer yet.

Hi Z-eus,
Thank you for your reply.
I didn't received such feedback, so wondering if it is compatibility issue.
Could you please remove all USB devices and only connect the Rog gladius 2 core to boot again?
If it still stays on the motherboard screen and doesn't boot, please try it on another computer.
Thank you.

Hello again,
I've already tried plugging the mouse in by myself. And again I am facing the same error. I haven't tried it on another computer yet.

In addition;

I would say it's the same error. But my fault stays on motherboard screen instead of black screen. Of course, it doesn't matter, both are the same 😄 And it also cuts off the power from all my USBs (My earphone, keyboard and mouse light goes out and stays on the motherboard screen.)

(I read in a few places that the computer tried to boot the mouse but it couldn't because there was nothing in it. I don't know how true :D)

Hi Z-eus,
May I have the brand and the model name of your motherboard?
Please plug the Rog gladius 2 core in the rear USB port on the motherboard and try it again with bios all default setting.
If it still stays on the motherboard screen and doesn't boot, please try another mouse on your pc and try the Rog gladius 2 core on another computer.
Thank you.

Hi, I did what you said. I booted with the default settings of the BIOS and still the same problem. When I try another mouse on my computer there is no problem. Mice I tried (Steel Series Rival 300S, Gamepower Bane). You also asked about my motherboard brand model. My motherboard brand model is Biostar H61MLV3 and I still haven't had a chance to try rog gladius on another computer because I'm very busy.

Hi Z-eus,
I wish you could help to find time to try the Rog gladius 2 core on another computer.
If it also stays on the motherboard screen and doesn't boot, please send the Rog gladius 2 core to our RMA for further examination.
Thank you.

Hello, I reply back after a while. A few days ago, I received my new computer and there is no problem with the mouse on my new computer, it works fine. In short, the problem was with my old computer. First of all, I would like to thank "STARRAIN" for their help and interest. Thread can be locked...
