ROG G15 Q513 Power bank charging issue

Hello, I have a question about the asus ROG G15 Q513, where I bought a power bank, which is said to be suitable for laptops (Viking PN-961 QC3.0 10000mAh Powerbank for mobile phones and tablets and laptops, 10000 mAh, fast charging support, 2 outputs, up to 12V and 3,4 A display), but my laptop doesn't charge, my cell does, I tried to charge via USB-C and unsuccessfully, you don't know what it could be?
Armory create only tells me that a low power device has been connected and that's it.
I tried to charge it clasically from powerbank directly to computer by USB -C cabel.
thanks for your help

The description you provided sounds like you bought the QC version of the powerbank? I believe you need the PD version to supply power to a laptop. Even then, it's going to be lower power than the laptop power supply. It would not be able to power your laptop while under a heavy load while gaming.
