Problem with case front usb. (ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR 5 dark hero x570)

So I have the ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR 5 dark hero motherboard and the ASUS TUF Gaming GT501 case. Only 1 of my front usb ports suddenly stopped working. When connecting some devices I get the message "the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it". Other devices just don't work at all but when connecting them I still get the audio feedback. I tried reinstalling drivers and even bios update but nothing worked. How can I know if its a motherboard problem or something wrong with the case port?.

Seems like I can't replace the cable without changing the whole thing (https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1038172/).

Just want to know if its a problem with the motherboard or the case, and how can I know this. Thanks.

well...the easiest way is that if you have another product to cross check,
if not, maybe visit the nearest service center or contact your seller, they would have more options to help you check hardware issue.
