motherboard : Pro-WS-WRX80E-SAGE-SE-WIFI
cpu: amd threadripper 5975wx
ram: ksm32ed8/32me x 8(256 gb)
psu: asus rog thor 1200
case: Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB



After Shutdown, when i need to turn on my pc(it's happend random, not allways), pressing power switch on case doing nothing , pressing power button on motherboard doing nothing, If i turn off PSU and back then power it back on system boots fine.

Does it occur on bios 1003 with bios all default settings(no OC)?
Have you tried cross checking components like another PSU?

Yes , 1003 bios without OC, not try to replace psu yet.. it really can be psu problem? Another interesting thing with that motherboard..*it have electric circuit on memory , I need to isolate the case substrate in bottom where is memory located, where the board is attached, if I not do that I have code 00 and mb not boot.
