PC (with ROG Strix B550-XE) sometimes starts by keyboard/mouse after shutdown

Hello. I have a problem with my PC, wich is randomoly starts after complete shutdown ("Start" menu - "Shut Down" in Windows 11).
This can happen after a long period of inactivity. For example, I turned off the computer in the evening, and in the morning it turned on by touching the mouse.
Why it happens?

ROG Strix B550-XE with the last BIOS version (2425).
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Crucial DDR4 16Gb 3000 Mhz x2
Keyboard: Logi MX Keys
Mouse: Logi Pebble M350
Keyboard and mouse works both with wirless usb Unify adapter.

Hi Sunnstede,
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > System Settings > [Turn on fast startup (recommended)] is ticked or not?
If it is ticked, please disable it.
