need help! Z690 Hero + Ryujin II 360 issue

hi there,
i have Z690 hero board and ryujin ii 360 aio cooler
i have issue sometimes motherboard fail to detect aio cooler when first start up pc
the solution for me now only cut off psu power and turn it on again fix the issue

it just happen randomly. sometimes a week without problem until it come again. sometimes can run well a month until the problem come again.
just random. plz help

Did it occur after any settings or components changed?
Does it also occur on bios 2103 with bios all default settings(no OC)?
Have you tried reseating the aio cooler and headers?

hi there, i not change any setting since a couple months ago
the problem happen since january 2022, when my pc still use msi 850w psu
but it rare come out, just sometimes randomly.
since bios 2103 it already happen 4 times, my sytem non oc, just use xmp1
i not reseating the aio since a couple month ago too.
but as i remember in bios 2004 this problem not occur
does this problem related with bios?

Hi AwenMilano,
If the issue occurred since January 2022, the bios would be old than bios 2004.
We would suggest reseat the aio if you haven't reseated it.
However, if you would like to revert to bios 2004, please try to downgrade bios with USB BIOS flashback.

i reseat it many times at first . until got tired
last time i reseat aio when i buy lianli strimer 4 month ago
downgrade bios is not good idea for me
becoz old bios cant use xmp
xmp on = game crash / blue screen/ pc restart it self
even bios 2004 still got 5 times crashes my pc
this new bios was resolve crash. i gaming for long time is save now without crash

If the issue still occurs, please send the motherboard and aio to our RMA for further examination. Please describe the issue and occurrence frequency in detail when send RMA.

I have the same problem my motherboard is an x670e extreme, I tested it on 3 other boards and the error always happens.
