My friend sent me a new laptop from Japan and brought here in the Philippines. 2 weeks of owning the laptop, MyAsus app prompt a keyboard firmware update and it failed rendering it useless. I sent my laptop for repair here in the Philippines (An authorized asus service center). It was fixed about a month, and suddenly the screen and right bottom rgb failed and decided the laptop should be repaired in Japan. Unfortunately, they found out that the mainboard in my laptop has a crack on the fanport and its not turning on. This was not covered by the warranty and its price is just about buying a new laptop again. Any suggestions here? I badly need help. Thank you so much in advance.
