Hi oxodara2000,
If you remove the PC case, does it still show one digit on qcode?
Do you face any issues such as no boot or no display?
Thank you.

What do you mean? I'm not taking it out again of the case. But also the main LEDs on the motherboard don't work.

Hi oxodara2000,
Which main LEDs don't work?
Please remove the PC case and only keep the CPU, CPU radiator fan and a single DRAM installed on the motherboard to boot and then check the qcode and the main LEDs on the motherboard to check if the PC case affected.
Thank you.

How would removing it from the case fixed the issue? And the top LEDs.

Hi oxodara2000,
Because you said it started happening when you changed the PC case, I'm not sure whether the new case block part of qcode and qled or the case or cables not installed properly.
Could you please remove the PC case and check the motherboard with CPU, CPU radiator fan, a single DRAM and power supply?
If the motherboard is still only showing one digit on qcode and the qled not lit, please apply RMA for further examination.
Thank you.
