Use 12900k, g-skill z5 (6000 cl36), asus z690 maximis apex.
Set ddr to xmp1 profile (6000 , cl36).
Every time when i run memtest from the bios i see memory speed @ 4800.
How to test actual ram settings in memtest on apex?

Memtest reads the Memory Modules, and will show Size and Type Modules being tested.

The actual Clock speed will be what you have listed in your BIOS.

When I run Memtest it also shows as DDR5-4800 as that is also my memory type, but actual clock speed is 6200MHz.

It's also listed in HWiNFO64 under Memory Modules Type as DDR5-4800.
