Hi Anton1o,
Do you update the bluetooth driver in device manager auto update, windows update or use the driver from our support site?
May I have the bluetooth driver version?
Please also refer to the steps in the following link.
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042394/
If you still cannot find any bluetooth devices, please tell me which steps you have done.
Thank you.

After update I install last driver only from asus support site, next I reinslall this. (complete removal from the system and reinstallation) the module in the system is detected without errors, but it does not connect the connected devices and does not see new ones. On 413 bios version my laptop cannot find any bluetooth devices. Next I downgrade bios version to 412, and all work fine.

Hi Anton1o,
May I have the following information?
- the serial number of your laptop via PM
- Is the bluetooth driver MediaTek Bluetooth Driver V1.3.14.132 or Intel Bluetooth Driver V22.40.0.2?
- OS version and OS build
Thank you.

Hi Anton1o,
Did it occur on the specific bluetooth model device or different bluetooth devices?
Our tech team tested the GA503QS device at hand on bios 413, but didn't encounter the bluetooth issue you mentioned.
If you update bios 413 again and it still does not connect the connected devices and does not see new ones, please refer to and follow the steps in the links below.

HI! I'm not going to update to 413 anymore, BT does not work on this version. I updated myself twice. Also I was running windows live and ubuntu live on this machine after updating - DOES NOT WORK on version 413.

Hi Anton1o,
Did it only occur on the specific bluetooth model device or different bluetooth devices?
May I have the model name of your bluetooth devices?
Did you update to 413 via windows update/MyASUS or download bios file from our support site to execute ez flash?
Thank you.
