Different Bluetooth devices?

Hi Anton1o,
Thank you for your reply.
It seems the issue didn't occur on the specific bluetooth devices.
Could you please update bios 413 and check bluetooth again?
If it still does not connect the connected devices and does not see new ones, could you please record a video, backup your personal data and reset the system to check it again?

Thank you so much.

Hi!

"reset the system to check it again" - Very funny!) asus always asks its users to reset their laptop after every update?)
On version 412 everything works for me, I will wait for other user reviews. I'll record a video later.

Hi Anton1o,
We didn't receive the same feedback from other customers and our tech team have tested bluetooth on bios 413 but didn't encounter the issue you mentioned.
Here is the test video by our tech team. I'm sorry the setting language is Chinese.(已連線 means connected)

Thank you.

Hi STARRAIN!

The topic is no longer relevant to me. The device from mediatek has been removed and replaced with an Intel AX210. With the AX210 and 413 BIOS versions everything is normal and there are no problems. Which I recommend to everyone, Intel has speeds and the bluetooth version is higher. Mediatek is the worst choice for a laptop in its class, it is the most buggy device I have ever encountered.

I spent the experiment completely cleaning the system from mediatek drivers (wi-fi, bt). Then I updated to 413, installed the latest drivers for the chipset, wi-fi and bt. And a miracle happened! Working! Please close the topic.

Still, the Intel chip works faster 🙂
