G752VY-t7049T 2nd RMA for Overheating

My laptop has a bad overheat when gaming, only way is to stick fans on full using FN/PGUP then u have to restart it. i saw that the watercooled gaming center version has a fan control button, it is what should be on this model. It's only 7 months old and about to go back for a Second RMA, for the same problem. If u turn on extreme when gaming the temp gets too 100c but when the fans are on 100% the vapor chamber works great. Also have a small screen bleed starting, sorry but your QC sucks. I love asus rog products, my desktop is Asus and my sons is also. But this laptop has been a problem from the start, as soon as i got it i emailed u but kept it, and did everything you told me to, then sent it back later. It came back with the same problem, its going back to be fixed next Tuesday as i'm away till then. Hopefully it will come back fixed this time as this has seriously put me off every buying an Asus gaming laptop again.

Just got mail back from ASUS have to wait till 14/5 for parts even though u can get them in 2-4 days from a spares rep asus dealer? 3rd rma to fix what the repairer broke 2nd rma No blacklight on keyboard and whine from left fan why was it sent to me like that i asked but all i got was the 30 day time to fix my laptop rubbish could understand if it was 400 but its £1.399 seems like if your in the uk ASUS dont care not my fault only gamed on it for 1hr due to overheating and now its almost 9 months old LCD replaced and Mobo last rma so it must of been faulty out the box.You do a good pc/laptop when it works but fail after it stops working but thank you cl-albert for the advice and helping even though your in the US and couldnt do much can u just answer me why fed to the teeth now of always waiting if it worked in the first place i wouldnt be here i would be enjoying my First Gaming laptop not sat here Flaming which i hate doing but i never get a True Answer.

Yeah got mail today they got my parts for my laptop should get it back this week .
PS they fitted the new parts and still not working rofl they are going to install new os and run fans to see if it works today if does they will stress test it tonight and i should get it back friday i hope.Get a gaming laptop my wife said they are good nothing but a bloody headache all 9 months of it!!!

Cpu fan is low RPM 1386 on full GPU 3900 rpm reason its been going 80-90 on extreme and i can only game with fans as the cpu fan cant keep up will ring asus in the morning will keep u posted

Well its just gone back for its 5th RMA still overheating when overclocked still the same fault as the first time i sent it back LCD has gone yet again its fine checking forums etc but as soon as u ram up the cpu it goes nuts ie 98c 99c the vapor chamber should keep it cool right? at least that what it says online coolest laptop on the market. Just hope 5th time lucky as this has been a 11 month headache just cant understand why its wasnt replaced its had 2 motherboards fans modules pipes etc x2 still cant fix it even come back to me faulty im a asus fan my main pc is all asus just feel so let down payed 1,399 for the laptop seems like asus couldnt care less in the uk so angry with all this.

LerMeRepair messaged me this morning its the motherboard again so this will be my 3rd cant understand why they go so quick and 2nd LCD ASUS should of just replaced the unit .Glad it came with 2year warranty as it looks like im going to need it.

Yet again waiting on ASUS For this RMA number i was promised friday which never turned up so i can swap my laptop for new i hope.Came back from 5th RMA worse then when it went off throttling in standard now even opening firefox even playing music it throttles said to asus i need my laptop as i go away to malta next week and need the laptop.Its a year ago friday i go it and its never worked as a gaming laptop overheats throttles always comes back worse and faulty.Asus customer care in the uk is beyond a joke always me phoning or email to see whats going on always saying we will phone u back never do WISH i never got this brick 1,399 and a year of all this one big fing headache mad anger just doesnt cover it how would u feel spending 1,399 on a laptop thats never worked as a gaming laptop.

No mail Yet again even though i was promised friday phoned again today and i have to wait till tomorrow and the manger will let me know whats going on waiting on asus all the time the way u treat your customers service is a joke u should be shamed.

Yet again nothing from asus phoned yet again and still nothing from the swap team totaly a waste of space if your in the uk dont buy asus waranty is a joke so is the repair you should be totaly ashamed .

Still nothing phoned again no answer from the swap team what a surprise its a year old friday and its never worked 100% this hole thing is a nightmare if u live in the uk avoid ASUS its ok when it works when it doesnt your screwed so waiting on asus again.Spoke to the box.co.uk too see what they can do well they cant be anyworse then asus hope they can sort out this mess and i get a working laptop.Just make me want to spit fire got this for my disabled wife so she can watch what she wantsin the day and me gaming in the evenings and work in the day if needed or if she gets sick she has MS so it goes from day to day she works from home all she has is a old ipad just makes me sick.Spent 1,399 on this brick gave u the chance to fix 5 times still nothing ASUS cant even replace the thing as one hand doesnt know what the other is doing it seems.I know u reps cant help and thank you for the advice u have given i cant thank you enough just so fing frustrated ATM sorry for me moaning like this but i cant take anymore of this S%i&.
