My laptop has a bad overheat when gaming, only way is to stick fans on full using FN/PGUP then u have to restart it. i saw that the watercooled gaming center version has a fan control button, it is what should be on this model. It's only 7 months old and about to go back for a Second RMA, for the same problem. If u turn on extreme when gaming the temp gets too 100c but when the fans are on 100% the vapor chamber works great. Also have a small screen bleed starting, sorry but your QC sucks. I love asus rog products, my desktop is Asus and my sons is also. But this laptop has been a problem from the start, as soon as i got it i emailed u but kept it, and did everything you told me to, then sent it back later. It came back with the same problem, its going back to be fixed next Tuesday as i'm away till then. Hopefully it will come back fixed this time as this has seriously put me off every buying an Asus gaming laptop again.

UPDATE has to go back to asus for them to check it then they will refund or replace So no laptop for me when i go on hoilday next week thank you asus.So i better look for internet cafes then ffs so bitter i can taste it:mad: Whats funny is they asked me if i wanted to send it back then give me RMA number lol wtf am i going to do with a broken laptop just be glad to be shot of it tbh just glad it has a 2 year warranty. Really the money i spend this last year on internet cafes etc i could of got a even better laptop if i had known your RMA and customer service was so BAD:mad:So by the time this is all and done im looking at 14 months without a gaming laptop i payed 1,399 for as its never worked always overheating thermal throttling infact its came back worse every time came back faulty overheating still after 5 RMA's.

I got this brick a year today and its never worked right the box has asked me to send it to them hopefully they can sort it and i can get a working gaming laptop only been waiting a YEAR .:mad:

Well back to the box.co.uk today hopefully they can fix this nightmare.As ASUS couldnt u guys should be ashamed the way u treat your customers.

The box got my laptop tuesday tested it today and it was faulty they are going to send me a replacement.About bloody time so when i come back from my holiday next week i should have my new laptop waiting hopefully have a few good years of gaming on it just glad this hole nightmare is almost over.

U can close this thread now they have replaced my laptop with a EVGA SC 17 sorry ASUS u need to sort your selfs out and treat your customers better as u have lost me I will never get a ASUS again.
