I RMA'd my 2060 super that died. (PC wouldn't start)
Asus sent me back a card that would crash and had constant purple artifacts.
https://imgur.com/a/XWsOVmS So i go through the chat for a week and they agree i should RMA and tell me to start an RMA.
Problem is RMA say the SN is not valid yet it has a warranty.
https://imgur.com/a/g4t2EfdI contacted them about the invalid SN and they asked for my info/card info and that was the last i heard from them.
My question is why did i get a gpu with an invalid SN but is warrantied until 2022.
Was this gpu an rma'd card that was flagged for repair but instead sent out as a replacment?
