on 3 May 2021 I have Requested a An RMA for the Broken Fan Controller that Came with my Maximus XIII Extreme
The problem was that the RGB showed the Wrong colors when connected to controller and work correctly when connected directly to the board itself
The controller has been send back to the reseller who than contacted Asus to repair or replace the controller
Today I got an email that the Part could not be replaced or repaired
So Now I want This forum A try to get my problem resolved before taking any legal actions
