Brand new ROG Flow X16 display stutters/glitches during video playback.

Hi all so out the box, when going to YT or watching any video playback? My display locks up, freezes, or stays black for a good 8 secs. Anyone encounter this issue? I've had it for over a month now, and last night I decided to wipe the drive and install a fresh w11 image. Ran all Windows update, drivers, etc. Still doing the same thing. Any thoughts?

I'm on Latest Bios v311
My unit is the 601RW

Take a look at your event log and see if you are getting WHEA errors, this may be the cause.

Thanks for your reply. I read through that thread before posting. Luckily I do not have WHEA bug! But have an annoying video playback glitch and stutters! =(

1. What is the BIOS version, operating system build version, and graphics card driver version you are using?

2. Could you please provide me with a video of the problem happening so that I can confirm it?
