asus x670e-f gaming wifi stuck with yellow qled

hi all

i have built the following system:

x670e-f gaming wifi
7950x3d
3080ti
F5-6000J3636F16GX2-TZ5S 2*16gb

after assembling everything together, i power on the system and get instantly a permanent memory-qled. even after 30min nothing changes and no oder qled lights up.

i tried the following:
reinstall and clean the cpu/socket
tried all possible variations of ram configs
updatet the bios to 0922
cleard cmos
uninstalled gpu, sata-devices



after all i'm still stuck with the permanent yello memory-qled.

can anyone help me with this?

after the 6th bios flash it suddenly worked.*

im facing the same yello led stuck issue

curious to know how do you managed to flash bios if no display?

also my config is 

7950x

rtx4090

gskill64 gb 5200mhz

samsung 980 pro

with the usb flashback on the rear...
