Asus SUPPORT Tab has dissapeared from products page

I can no longer access drivers or software for any of my asus products, It appears that the HELPDESK_ part of the products page which directs you to the downloads for that product is no longer resolving and redirects you to the main product page without a support tab to go to the /HELPDESK_DOWNLOADS

for example : https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-crosshair/rog-crosshair-vi-extreme-model/helpdesk_bios/ resolves to : https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-crosshair/rog-crosshair-vi-extreme-model/

there used to be a support tab on the product page, but this is no longer shown

If I go via the asus download center and navigate to my product there is a link the driver/software for my product but it just directs you to https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-crosshair/rog-crosshair-vi-extreme-model/ without the support tab, this has been broken for all asus products since Friday, I have tried incognito mode, and 2 diffrent borwsers, still the same result.

Can this be looked into please

If the same thing happens to me too. Even changing browsers, on other devices, putting a vpn, etc and it's still the same. I hope Asus gives us an explanation or a solution soon.

Same here. Trying to update BIOS on my Crosshair VIII. I've tried the US and UK sites, same thing.

Same problem in my country (Italy) Asus web site...
I suppose they want us to use Armory Crate only for support...

Armory crate is not supported on the x370 chipset lol

Hi all,
The support site issue has been fixed, but it would take 1 day for country site to sync.
If country site is not working, please try global site first.
Also, please try with incognito window to reduce the impact of browser cache.
