Hello, Nowayman.

According to the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO support page, the Corsair Vengeance, 7200, 4 x 16 GB seems not to be listed in the QVL list.
It is recommended that you only install one or two memory modules into the designated slot and confirm again after you have set the default BIOS.
Or cross-test the memory in the QVL list.

Hi. Sorry to intrude on your thread, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to start a new thread in this forum. Any hints you could give me on how to start a new thread would be appreciated. I'm having a RAM problem with the ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO using the new 816 BIOS, and would like to start a thread to ask for help.

Never mind. I finally figured it out...
