Hi, I have a Asus Rog Strix Scar 15 (G553QS) which I use both for gaming and for work. This morning I was using the laptop working on the main (integrated) screen while also connected to an external monitor (my tv).
All of a sudden the primary monitor goes black and... up to now it's still like this. I'm able to use the laptop with an external monitor (which is now recognized as the primary and only monitor) but the laptop's integrated screen stays black.
Things I tried (that haven't worked) until now:
1. Disconneting the external monitor (of course)
2. Unistalling and then reinstalling the integrated graphics card drivers
3. Windows full recovery
Anyone knows what this could be or how to possibly fix it?
