Asus Prime Z690-P D4 Wifi Cannot get Video Card to post VIdeo

So running into an issue new Asus Prime Z690-P D4 install, was getting 1 beep after post and 1 long 3 short. reseated memory and video. Can it the video to boot up fine with the I7-12700k CPU video but if I switched to PCIE video on my Strix 3090 nothing blank screen can here the computer boot up got through post but nothing. Automatically swicthed back to CPU video after reboot. the only way I can get it to stay on auto was to enable mutl monitor support. But still cannot get the video card to deosplay tried slot 1 at gen 4 and Slot 2 which is gen 3. Will only work with CPU video

running NZXT 1000 3 seperate PCIE cables

Anybody run accroiss this or have any recommendation on what the issue could be?

Hi asmodyus,
Do you see the video output from the graphics card after boot into windows?
Please check if it is working with bios all default settings(no OC) or only enable CSM.
Do you have another graphics card to give it a try?

So after a lot of messing around seemed like the fix I was able to figure out was to set the PCIE SLOT 1 to GEN 3 and not auto and the card finally posted video.
